VASW Fall 2022 Cancellation Policies
While we understand that situations/emergencies do occur, cancellations and rescheduling appointments greatly affect our ability to effectively serve all our clients. With that in mind please read over the following carefully, these policy changes will take effect as of September 1st, 2022.
Going forward, a non-refundable deposit of 50% for planned services will be required when booking appointments. This fee will be applied towards your service booked during the appointment check-out.
Going forward, all appointment cancellations must be done through the online booking service either through the Vagaro app or the Vagaro website. To make any adjustments or to cancel your appointment, please log to your Vagaro account.
- All cancellations up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a refund of the 50% deposit back to the credit card used.
- All cancellations less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in loss of your 50% deposit.
Going forward, no shows will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the service that was booked. If a no-show fee is NOT paid in full, all/any future appointments will be automatically forfeited and the client will not be allowed to book again.
We will allow a 15 minute grace period with the understanding that the delayed start may affect receiving all booked treatments. Please text 215-787-7742 to notify us of delayed arrival as we reserve the right to cancel all late appointments. Be advised that 50% deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to take you.
COVID-19 Rescheduling or Cancellations
If you have to cancel due to a reason linked to COVID-19, you MUST send proof of your POSITIVE test results. If you cannot provide proof within 72 hours of your scheduled service you will forfeit your deposit. If you have an emergency such as a COVID POSITIVE result please contact us via text at 215 787- 7742 with the proof of your test results.
Early arrival for your appointment
VASW Facial Studio is a private facility that can accommodate only one client at a time. If you arrive early for your appointment, you may be asked to wait until we're ready to see you. *PLEASE NOTE* Our online booking app reserves extra time for each appointment to allow for proper client flow, sanitation and disinfection. If you have multiple services scheduled, they will be performed back-to-back with no gap in between services. We look forward to seeing you!
