We start with an in-depth consultation — because no two faces are the same, and no two people carry tension in the same way. I take time to understand your skin, your concerns, and what you’re hoping to heal.

Then we begin with a gentle warm-up — cleansing the skin and preparing your facial muscles with light, soothing massage techniques so your body can relax and open up before we go deeper.

The heart of the session is the internal buccal work, where (with gloved hands) I work inside the cheeks to access the deeper muscle and fascial layers. This is where the real magic happens — the release of stored tension and the beginning of true sculpting.

We complete the treatment with external sculpting massage, lifting and contouring the face, stimulating lymphatic flow, and restoring firmness to the skin.

Depending on your skin’s needs, we can also enhance your session with complementary treatments like a facial oil application (my Luminous Facial Oil is beautifully paired with this treatment), lymphatic drainage techniques, or a customized post-treatment ritual.
