This stimulating, protective blend for the immune system combines the essential oils of bergamot, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, lavender, marjoram, myrrh, peppermint, ravensara, rosemary, tea tree and thyme in pure jojoba oil.
• Apply the blend liberally to the inside of your wrists. Rub your wrists together in circular motions to warm and activate the oils, then deeply inhale the scent.
• Apply and massage the blend into the thymus reflexology point (in the middle of your chest) to activate your thymus gland.
• Apply the blend to your mid back (over lower ribs, on both sides) and massage/tap to stimulate your adrenals.
• May also be massaged into the lung reflexology points located on the balls of the two feet (the padded area of the sole between the toes and the arch, underneath the heads of the metatarsal bones) to improve energy flow through the lungs.
CAUTION: Please perform a simple allergy test before first use of the blend by applying a small portion of product to the inside of the forearm. Make sure there is no skin reaction before proceeding with use. Rub oil into the skin completely in order to avoid staining clothes. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If pregnant please consult your health practitioner.
WHEN TO USE YOUR ROLL-ON: Apply the blend at least 2 times per day in the morning and evening. May be used multiple times per day for added benefits, but not too close to bedtime.
